Communications ASP Onebox.com Raises $50 Million

Onebox.com, an Application Service Provider in the wireless and Internet communications markets, has raised $50 million in a Series C round of financing, bringing the total amount of private funding to nearly $70 million.

This round was led by Meritech Capital Partners and includes investments from Bowman Capital Management and international venture capital firms Vision Capital and Macquarie Technology Funds.

IVP and Brentwood Venture Capital, which led the company through its first two rounds of funding, also participated in this round.
