Networking company Exodus Communications Inc. Monday paired
with financial Web site Quote.com to
offer financial institutions and investors real-time financial news and
information.
Under terms of the agreement, Exodus and Quote.com will jointly design a
distributed system of Web servers and routers that will be deployed
throughout Exodus' network of Internet data centers.
The network's foundation will be Quote.com's Continuum, a system of routers
and applications that delivers news and market information to Quote.com
users.
